Thank you so very much

I'm very much into orange these days.  You would  think I would have my fill of orange considering I live in the heart of University of TN football country and most people around here like to display their love of UT football with lots of orange T's.  My older brother even got an orange T tattooed on his arm.  We love us some football around here.

Here's my card for the current Papertrey Chicks challenge which is to heat emboss

Dont' faint or anything, but I actually decorated the inside of my card.

I used some white tinsel glittery embossing powder and just ate a cookie with some on it...That won't kill me or anything will it? I didn't notice until the last bite and yeah, I went ahead and finished it.

Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies:  Papertrey Ink--orange zest cardstock, dotty biscotti pattern paper, Delightful Dahlia stamp set and dies, Orange zest copic trio, orange zest button.

Memento tuxedo black ink, tinsel embossing powder, maya road fibers (thanks Harriet!), white cardstock by Mohawk.

TLC206 Recessed Window

I'm trying my hand at a few challenges in order to branch out a bit. This card is for the Technique Lovers Challenge on SCS. While not really hard, it was a challenge. Anytime I have to use a craft knife it's a challenge. If you have plain square or rectangle nestabilites it would be much easier than a ruler. Do a gallery search for TLC206 and you will see where someone has posted a couple of how to pictures.
I used my wishblade to cut the banner and the rectangle frame. Stamp set is First Fruits from Papertrey Ink as is the dsp and cardstock. I used PTI lemon tart ink along with Versamagic Pumpkin spice for the pineapple body and Palette ink in landsape for the stem.
Have a great day!
