Sketch Girl SG11

Today gives us the latest sketch challenge from Sketch Girl.  Sponsor this sketch is Perfect Presentation and you could win a free template by playing along.  Go to the Sketch Girl blog and link your creation for your chance to win.

Here's my take on the sketch.  I stamped the circle elements on some already rustic/distressed looking October Afternoon text pattern paper and popped the main panel up so it would stand out.  I couldn't make a rustic card without twine so I wrapped it around the main panel.

Don't forget to see what the other Sketch Girls have done with this sketch along with our Guest Designer, Laurel.

  1. Beautiful card and you stayed true to the sketch, right down to the sentiment! Yes, twine is what makes a card rustic for me too! I like the idea of stamping on the PP, it is perfect for this sketch.

  10. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this, but you didn't say how you made those circles! Was it stamped multiple times? Did you draw them in? Were they already there? What a very clever way to work the sketch :0) Sorry again for being tardy - are you going to write me up for a detention- hahaha!!
