I was inspired by Alyssa’s awesome door knob hangers and decided to go in that direction for my project using a new digi image named Mystical Meg. Meg is drawn by The Crafy Nomad herself, Jo Wesfoot .
You can see Jo’s awesome card with Meg here and get all the details including a freebie here.
I decided to create a scene with Meg…the moon is full, the stars are shining bright and she’s out for a stroll trying to scare up some candy on Halloween night. The sentiment says, “When witches go riding and black cats are seen, the moon laughs and whispers, ‘tis near Halloween!”
I used a template called Holding Pattern and I made it with the deep 1.5” pocket and put some Scrumdiddlyumptious Wonka chocolates in there. My youngest daughter has claimed this one for her door and has probably eaten all the chocolates by now.
I’m entering this project in the Spooky Kooky challenge on the Stampin Royalty blog and the Wee Memories Halloween challenge.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
