Keep Cool & Konnichiwa

Click here to see my Paper Smooches post

I saw an idea like this on a decorating blog and decided it would be a fantastic summer gift. I made this project for a friend of my daughter's who spends all summer in another state with her Dad and doesn't get to hang with her school chums.  She's a sweet kid and is very much missed during the summer.

I used Lawn Fawn's Swimsuit Season that Julie sent me for Christmas last year. Isn't she so stinkin' sweet!?  Pattern paper is Echo Park.  I must tell you that it was hard to tie this tag on this big ol' heavy bag of popsicles. I had to tie the ribbon under the plastic tag that came on the popsicle bag because the tag wanted to slide off when I tied it above the plastic tag.

My next card uses the adorable Konnichiwa stamp set from My Cute Stamps and some Basic Grey Kioshi paper. I blogged about this card here if you want more details.

  1. These are seriously adorable!!! Love the tag and what a great gift idea! Your card is just over the top CUTE!

  2. You always impress me! Your work is just darling. Love the tag and card! Great job on both.

  3. What a sweet little gift! The card is super duper cute too. And Julie is stinkin'...sweet, that is! :-) lol

  4. Ooooo, what a fun giftie!!! You are the sweetie!!! :>) :>) :>)

  5. They are both great. Love the Popsicle gift!
