I'm actually home with a sick kid today and managed to make a couple of cards between the dr appointment and the drugstore run. I should have gotten a nap in instead. I was up at 4 am stumbling around in my underwear trying to open the children's tylenol with one eye open--15 years ago that would have been hot!
Of course, going to the pediatrician takes a nice chunk of time (30 mins + to get there, wait forever, get called back to the room and wait forever again, then drive 30 mins+ back home while praying for clear traffic). Waiting on a prescription to be filled when everyone has rushed to the store because of talk of an ice storm is not fun either. *sigh* One day I'll have a "real" day off. :)
Here's my card for the current Play Date Cafe challenge to do black & white with a splash of emerald green. I recycled and slightly modified an old, old layout of mine.
Thanks for stopping by!
