The Tree Series

I'm not in the mood to stamp, so I thought I'd post a few cards I made recently that I'm calling the Tree Series. Harriet gave me some sheets of pattern paper from SU's Tall Tales pack and it's really pretty and vibrant. I thought I'd let the paper be the focal point since it has so much going on. Very simple cards, but those are the best sometimes. The first card is another version of SG3 sketch from Sketch Girl. This last card uses more October Afternoon Chery Hill paper. You have got to get this paper, it is fabulous! I used SU's Trendy Trees stamp set but decided to punch out the treetops instead of stamping them. I love SU's So Saffron ribbon and freaked out when I realized I couldn't buy it because it was a SAB gift with purchase. Luckily, I found an awesome deal and bought 2 more packs of it. Crisis averted! Another love of mine is SU's new Modern Label punch.
Thanks for stopping by! I'll be back in a few days with some cute stuff using KLM's digital images.
